Job Details Job Location: Home Office - Kansas City, MO 64112 eCommerce Manager Why You’ll Love This Role Lead the execution of our online merchandising and promotional strategy. Influence revenue growth through data‑driven decisions. Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, IT, Merchandising, and Operations. Own high‑visibility initiatives that directly impact the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize BeautyBrands.com using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Plan, coordinate, and execute all online promotions aligned with the corporate promotional calendar. Own the online merchandising strategy, product presentation, and site content. Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities. Lead quality assurance for promotions, pricing, content, and site updates. Coordinate with IT and external partners to resolve technical issues and improve functionality. Partner with merchandising and inventory teams to maximize product availability and sales. Manage the eCommerce marketing calendar and ensure flawless execution of campaigns. Supervise team members and prioritize multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of B2C eCommerce experience. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred. Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting, and XML product feeds. Experience interpreting analytics and turning insights into action. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and project management skills. Working knowledge of HTML plus tools such as Photoshop and Figma preferred.
