Job Title: Nurse Manager – CVOR
Location: Charlotte, NC US
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift | 40 hrs/week
Salary Range: $106,000 – $159,000 annually

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (CVOR) to lead and manage clinical and operational functions of the nursing unit. Responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, staff development, compliance with healthcare standards, and cost-effective operations.

Key Requirements:

• Active RN License
• BSN required and Master’s degree (MSN/Healthcare/MBA) required or in progress
• CVOR experience
• Nurse Manager / Leadership experience
• BLS certification
• Strong team leadership, communication, and operational management skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care quality
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
• Manage department budget and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
