Swiss Machinist

Location: 11125 Yankee St., Dayton, Ohio 45458 RAM Precision Industries is a leading manufacturer of precision components for various industries such as aerospace, canning/packaging, and medical. We are currently seeking a skilled Swiss Machinist to join our team and contribute to our production operations. Responsibilities Set up and operate Swiss machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components according to specifications Program CNC machines using G-code and/or conversational programming Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Swiss machining equipment Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus Benefits Up to 5 weeks Paid Time Off 1 week Unpaid Time Off Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Opportunities for training and advancement RAM Precision Industries offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional development.
