Job overview and responsibilities Interacts with the flight crew on board the AC to ensure compliance to flight ETD. International Flights: Inspect all outgoing flights for correct quantity and product. Establish and maintain par levels for products. Separate and distribute reports. Log daily usages. Generate check sheets from excel files. Access website for catering information and distribute as necessary. Communicate updates via email. Enter data into excel spreadsheets and generate reports. Communicate with internal departments regarding any irregularities that occur. Review data for accuracy. Generate all documents required. Ensure productivity of department shift is met. Other administrative duties as assigned. Compliance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)/ General manufacturing practices (GMP) guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by unit management.
