Behavioral Health Technician - Lou Masterman Center (LMC)Location: Cape Girardeau, MOPay: $17.38 - $19.78/hour + shift differentialsPay range for 'Floating BHT' is $18.59 - 20.99/hour.Community Counseling Center offer's shift differentials for BHT staff who work an Evening or Overnight shift at its residential facilities.Evening Shift: + $0.50/hour per hour worked on Evenings.Overnight Shift: +$1.00/hour per hour worked on OvernightsMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED/HSEMust hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must also meet CCC's Motor Vehicle Record standards policy and have reliable transportation.Note: The Class E is just a written required computer test. No Driving Test has to be taken for the Class E. Then you would go to the DMV after the test is taken (passed) and transfer the license over to that Class E. HERE to learn more about the MO Class E License Full-Time Shifts AvailableThursday and Friday 3pm - 11pm, Saturday and Sunday 7pm -7amFull Time Floating BHTShifts vary depending on program needsMust be able to work days, evenings, and overnightsPRNTypically 1 shift per week, any shift depending on need and your availabilityAbout the Lou Masterman Center (LMC)The Lou Masterman Center is a seven-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Service (IRTS) program serving adults with chronic mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and personality disorders.
