UGC Growth Engineer (US)

8x Social runs end-to-end UGC and creator campaigns for consumer and B2B technology companies across the US, UK, Europe, India, LATAM and the Middle East. We build creator networks per client, produce content at volume, and report on what actually moved the numbers. We do not run one-off influencer collaborations. We build new accounts per brand and post daily — creators earn per video on simpler content, and their personal accounts stay entirely separate. A campaign is typically ten videos a day across a thirty-day cycle.

30 DAY CAMPAIGN CYCLE

II. What you'll own You run US campaigns end to end, as both maker and manager. Creator sourcing and briefing. Building the pool for your campaign by niche, then keeping those creators producing. Scripts and hooks. That fit what actually performs in the niche, not generic ad copy. Daily review of output at volume. Roughly 300 videos across a campaign cycle. Performance analysis. Reading what the algorithm rewarded and changing direction mid-campaign when it is not working. Client reporting. You are in front of the client explaining results. Your own content. Where it makes sense — the strongest people here still make things. III. What we're looking for US-based. With genuine fluency in what performs on TikTok and Reels for a US audience. You have made UGC that worked. And can point to it. Organised. Enough to hold a daily output cadence without it slipping. Comfortable client-facing. Presenting numbers, including bad ones. IV. Compensation $450 management fee per campaign. For running it end to end. Creator earnings on top. For any content you produce yourself. 2% retention fee on contract value. When the client renews into the following month — on a $75k contract that is $1,500. V. Process A short assignment first, then a call with our Chief of Staff, and where relevant a final conversation with our CEO. We look at the work before the call so the call is worth having.
