Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year A bit about us: Our rapidly growing construction company is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to contribute to high-profile construction projects, with a focus on K-12 and higher education projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large scale construction projects from conception to completion, leveraging best practices in project management and design-build construction. Strong Compensation Package Excellent Benefits Career Growth Job Details This is a long-term contract position expected to last 12 months, with the potential for extension and/or permanent employment based on project needs. Responsibilities: Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion. Managing large scale K-12 and higher education construction projects. Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors. Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met. Conducting site checks to monitor progress and quality standards. Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Qualifications: 8+ years of project management experience in the construction industry. Proven experience in design-build construction. Previous experience leading K-12, higher education, and/or public-sector projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment. Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Excellent time and project management skills. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
