SUMMARYAs a Physician Assistant, your strong interpersonal and communication skills, clinical judgment, and commitment to patient-centered care will support the delivery of high-quality medical services. In this role, you will provide inpatient consult coverage and serve as a first assist in the operating room as part of a collaborative neurosurgery team. Interact regularly with patients, family members, medical/social/public service support teams, regulatory agencies, and payor agencies. Communication requires empathy, problem-solving, education, information gathering, counseling, and process coordination.Medication & Orders. Prescribe medication, write orders, perform procedures and respond to emergency and/or immediate condition changes of acute, critically ill patients.Documentation.
