What You'll Do As a Server at Banner Elk Cafe, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy their time with us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and attentive service to all customers.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly.
- Answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Collaborating with team members to create a seamless dining experience.
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care.
