Order Picker

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Order Picker/Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial equipment, including electric pallet jacks and reach trucks, to move, store, and pick products accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Location: Mansfield, Massachusetts Pay: $20/hr. ($19/hr. base pay + $1/hr. shift differential) Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Enjoy a 3-day weekend with Fridays off! Responsibilities: Safely operate reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Move products and materials throughout warehouse and production areas. Verify product quantities and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy. Store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations as assigned. Desired Background/Skills: Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and Electric Pallet Jack. Prior warehouse order-picking experience. Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math and inventory tracking skills. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. Other Information: Competitive pay of $20/hr. Steady schedule with a consistent 4-day work week. Fridays off!
