Analyst II

$3,861 - $4,839 per month

California Prison Health Care Services

Effective July 1, 2025 in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit (01), and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by (3) percent and will receive (5) PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 30, 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.

Analyst II

Under the direction of the Associate Director (AD), Projects and Reporting Solution Services, the Analyst II will work on the most complex and sensitive assignments. The incumbent provides a wide range of analytical and administrative support services that will assist the AD in planning and organizing functions and meeting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) Division for CCHCS.

Analyst I
Under the Supervision of the AD, Projects and Reporting Solution Services, the Analyst I will work on the less complex assignments. The incumbent provides a wide range of analytical and administrative support services that will assist the AD in planning and organizing functions and meeting the day-to-day operations of the HR Division for CCHCS.

This position is located in Human Resources (HR), which delivers innovative programs and services that attract, cultivate, and serve a diverse, highly-qualified workforce. California Correctional Health Care Services' HR professionals provide outstanding customer service, provide tools and resources for job development and advancement, and ensure fairness and accuracy in all aspects of HR.

About the location - Headquarters, Elk Grove.

Located less than 30 minutes from Sacramento and Lodi, the progressive city of Elk Grove offers a great mix of newly developed housing, business projects, and recreational opportunities. You will enjoy working at our campus-style office complex with free parking, and perhaps even call Elk Grove home.

The position(s) is eligible for hybrid telework, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
