• Follow all safety requirements and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Inspect hooks, racks, brackets, and hanging equipment before use.

• Properly hang parts and assemblies based on size, weight, and product requirements.

• Load and unload components from the paint conveyor system.

• Maintain required production rates and support departmental efficiency goals.

• Visually inspect parts for defects, damage, or quality concerns before and after processing.

• Assist with changing, cleaning, and replacing hooks, racks, and fixtures as required.

• Notify the Hang Point Coordinator of material shortages, equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.

• Assist with preventive maintenance and basic cleaning activities within the department.

• Cross-train and provide assistance in related paint department operations as directed.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Hang Point Coordinator or Supervisor.

• Day Shift, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm

• Monday - Thursday

• Hang Point Tech experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience

• Excellent physical stamina

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
