Executive Director, Specialty Vision Products

Role: Senior commercial leader overseeing Bausch + Lomb’s Specialty Vision Products business, responsible for strategy, growth, and performance across marketing, sales, and professional relations. Objectives include expanding market leadership, driving innovation, and ensuring profitable P&L management. Responsibilities encompass developing multi-year strategic roadmaps, portfolio lifecycle management, go-to-market strategy, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and operations.
