This role services our Tampa market. What You’ll Do Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed. Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route. Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Requirements: What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing Residential Elevators Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
