About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join its dynamic and dedicated team. The CIO will be responsible for overseeing the secure design, development, and implementation of major IT projects, including the modernization of the Medicaid Enterprise System. This role also involves maintaining and supporting internal systems, managing the ISD budget, and ensuring compliance with state and federal data and cybersecurity standards. The successful candidate will work closely with key oversight agencies, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain relationships and ensure that the company's IT services meet the highest standards of quality and security. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a strong background in information systems management, with a focus on current technologies, industry practices, and trends. The role requires skills in management, leadership, long-range and short-range planning, and the ability to communicate effectively. A minimum of a relevant degree and progressive experience in strategic IT management is required, with a preference for candidates who have at least 5 years' experience in this area and a background in cybersecurity.
