Veterinary Client Service Representative Farmington Veterinary Clinic, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative. Qualifications for role: High School diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience REQUIRED Previous customer service experience in veterinary medicine/human medicine highly preferred We’re looking for someone who: Enjoys talking with people and building genuine connections Loves being around animals and supporting their care Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Is self-motivated and eager to learn Provides outstanding customer service with a smile Values community involvement and giving back Role Responsibilities: Greet clients and pets with warmth and compassion Answering phones, emails and non-medical inquiries Scheduling appointments Creating appointment reminders and rescheduling missed appointments Maintaining accurate client and patient information Keeping the front desk, reception, waiting area and exam rooms clean Reviewing charges at checkout and reconciling the cash drawer accurately Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment You’ll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
