As the Lead Street Outreach Case Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of our Street Outreach Program. You will supervise, train and develop our Street Outreach Case Managers. Additionally, you will provide services to at-risk youth and will develop community-based relationships to help support the work we do.Our Company:Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. This Position:We are interested in a Lead Street Outreach Case Manager with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field. We're looking for someone who is familiar with at-risk youth behaviors and barriers and has experience working with hard to reach or at-risk individuals and families. Knowledge of how to access community resources is a plus! Ability to be CPR certified is required.
