Medical Laboratory Technician/Hematology

IQVIA Laboratories seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician/Hematology to perform routine hematology testing, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a Valencia, CA facility. The position operates Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document analytical hematology procedures according to standard operating procedures
- Review analytical data to confirm results meet acceptable tolerances and escalate unusual findings
- Prepare data analysis results for Laboratory Information Management System upload
- Execute calibration and maintenance of assigned laboratory equipment
- Support quality investigations and guide entry-level staff on routine procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and laboratory experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in regulated laboratory environment
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and applicable regulatory standards
- Proficiency with laboratory techniques, automation, and Laboratory Information Management Systems
- Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Understanding of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling
Compensation: $41,400–$86,100 base
