Job Description

In the role of B2B Business Development and Sales, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of Serving Others, being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Meet with 12-15 customers a day. · Visiting customers in a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels and New Construction Projects. · Maintaining and expanding existing Customer Relationships. · Educating customers on Surface Expert's capabilities. · Validating level of customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve. · Earning the Trust of Customers. · Embracing sales scripts and role-playing with marketing and sales professionals. · Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead generation to work order completion and steps in-between. · Reporting on customer visits accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications:

· No prior Business development/sales experience required. Recent Graduate preferable and will train in our process. Comfortable in B-to-B sales and customer interfacing roles, including cold calls. Goal-oriented, energetic and a self-starter. At least 25 years of age, licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record. Professional, caring, humble and service minded. Referred Skills:

· General working knowledge of multi-family units/property and/or construction industry. Experience using CRM tools and process
