Certain benefits are conditioned by governing plan documents. What You’ll Do – Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company standards. Coach, lead, and develop team members; provide training on systems, standards, account management, collections, and performance reports. Lead local marketing strategies, B2B partnerships, referrals, community and in‑store events to drive growth. Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications, assess risk within limits. Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local/state regulations; participate in audits and compliance reviews. Maintain office security, cash management, and loss prevention; document cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses. Conduct proper opening and closing procedures; train new staff on keyholder duties. Participate in hiring, reviewing, and retaining new employees. Develop work schedules per budget, workload, and store needs; ensure optimal staffing. Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism. Maintain store appearance and address facility needs; oversee planogram and promotional material display. Perform tasks outside the office, such as on‑site vehicle appraisals, errands, and external marketing when required. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment; manage multiple tasks to meet performance standards. Maintain a full‑time schedule (minimum 40 hours/week) with regular in‑person attendance, including weekends. Store hours and minimum hours may change by brand; consult recruiter for current requirements. What We’re Looking For – Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries. Operations experience in a leadership capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle (mileage compensated). Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama). Background check required; results considered in accordance with applicable law. Ability to meet physical demands: standing up to 90%; moving up to 25 pounds; operating mechanical controls. Nice To Haves – Preferred Qualifications And Skills Associate’s degree or higher. Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
