Senior Specialist, Social Media

Cencora seeks a Senior Specialist in Social Media to lead enterprise content strategy and campaigns within the pharmaceutical supply chain sector. This role involves developing engaging narratives, managing cross-functional partnerships, and leveraging analytics to enhance organizational brand presence and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute enterprise social media content campaigns including editorial planning and copywriting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage content aligned with strategic priorities for global teams
• Identify compelling stories and cross-functional partnerships strengthening enterprise social presence and purpose alignment
• Analyze social media performance data and trends to refine strategy and develop actionable insights
• Support social listening, monitoring, and risk management to identify emerging conversations and reputational issues

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience in social media, corporate communications, marketing, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business administration, or equivalent progressive corporate experience
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and attention to detail for audience-specific content
• Experience with Sprout Social Media Management platform for scheduling and reporting
• Strong project management skills managing multiple priorities and stakeholder approvals
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and pharmaceutical supply chain dynamics
• Certification in communications, digital marketing, or content strategy preferred
