Key Eligibility Criteria Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. Experience: 1–4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory or corporate transactional practice. Responsibilities & Scope of Work Advise on federal and California healthcare laws (e.g., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, Medicare/Medi-Cal enrollment). Assist with healthcare mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and restructurings. Draft and negotiate healthcare-related commercial contracts, including physician employment and management services agreements.
