The Willows Events & Catering is seeking an experienced, hospitality-minded Banquet Captain to help lead event execution for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. About the Role As a Banquet Captain, you will take ownership of assigned events from setup to breakdown, helping lead the banquet team while ensuring guests, vendors, and hosts experience excellence throughout the event. You’ll serve as a point person during events — creating structure, solving problems calmly, and helping the team execute at a high level.
