Regional VP, Multi-Family Operations & Growth

CREN is seeking a Regional Vice President of Community Management to provide executive leadership for a large multifamily portfolio in the North San Francisco Bay Area. The role oversees a multi-layer leadership team, aligns operations with investment goals, and drives NOI growth. You will lead strategic business plans, partner with Asset Management and Finance, and set high standards for resident experience across about 50 communities and 13,000 homes.
