Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman Location: Austin, Texas Hours: Full-time An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foreman to join a growing team delivering major construction projects across Round Rock and the wider Austin area. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will play a pivotal role in leading teams, coordinating site activity, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned electrical scope, including labour and materials Lead, supervise, and develop on-site electrical teams Coordinate daily activities alongside superintendents and other trades Uphold strict safety and quality standards across all works Use field technology to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery Mentor and motivate team members to drive performance and productivity Ensure compliance with NEC and all relevant regulations Requirements: Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license At least 5 years' experience running scope on large-scale projects Experience within multifamily residential and/or commercial construction Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of NEC, local codes, and safety standards Basic IT and documentation skills What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term pipeline of secured projects Investment in structured training and career development Opportunity to progress within a rapidly growing business Modern tools and technology to support your role
