Job information ● Full- or part-time You will work in interdisciplinary teams on challenging digitalisation projects – from the initial idea to architecture and implementation to operation. Depending on your experience, you will contribute your expertise in areas such as front-end (TypeScript, Angular/React), back-end (Java/Kotlin, Spring), cloud/DevOps (Azure/AWS/GCP, IaC, Kubernetes) or BPM/orchestration (BPMN, Camunda). We share knowledge in communities and at events – practical experience and exchange are more important to us than prestige. What you bring along Relevant degree/training or comparable practical experience in software development or process orchestration. Experience in at least one of the following areas: Front end: modern web technologies (e.g. Angular, React, TypeScript) Backend: Java/Kotlin, Spring, modular architectures & interfaces Cloud/DevOps: Azure/AWS/GCP, automation (CI/CD, IaC), containers/Kubernetes BPM: Process analysis/modelling with BPMN, implementation on a process engine (e.g. Camunda) You have a deep understanding of software architecture – from the rough structure (system landscape, contexts, interfaces) to tactical patterns (e.g. ports & adapters, event-based communication). Quality standards and clean working methods: testing, clean code, reviews and documentation are all part of the job for you. Fluent German (at least C1), everyday English; residence in Germany (ideally in the Hamburg or Hanover metropolitan area) This is also part of your working life Creative chaos, constructive debate and the courage to try new things are part of our agile mindset – e.g. with Scrum, Kanban or Liberating Structures.
