Business Development Representative – Retail Reporting to: Business Development Manager Flip is a Voice AI company that powers customer support for brands such as Under Armour, Tory Burch, Experity, and Fast Pace Health. We grow by building a reference list as long as our customer list and by nurturing a team that works hard and enjoys the roller‑coaster of a scaling startup. What You’ll Do Drive the go‑to‑market strategy for our retail segment, generating high‑value outbound leads, securing critical meetings, and collaborating cross‑functionally to accelerate market dominance. Customer Acquisition: Generate outbound leads and secure meetings with enterprise and mid‑market retail prospects. Growth and Autonomy: Take on increasing responsibility and ownership as the business scales. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to seize opportunities and lay long‑term strategy. Compensation Base salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 USD per year, variable by location, experience, and qualifications. Eligible for bonus, commission, and equity in accordance with company policy.
