CRM Administrator

Compensation $ 29 - 32 /hour, depending on experience Overview Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled CRM Administrator to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a CRM Administrator ! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in communication and is passionate about improving business processes. You will work closely with a team to streamline operations and enhance user experience, all while being a key player in training and supporting users across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships within the organization. Key Responsibilities & Duties Conduct user trainings and troubleshoot system issues Manage data entry and project data clean‑up Collaborate with the team to optimize business processes Gather and relay user feedback for system improvements Assist in running user activity reports Support the front‑end side of Dynamics365 Coordinate with the development team for technical needs Required Qualifications & Experience Experience with Dynamics365 Ability to conduct training sessions Proficient in data entry and data management Problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting issues Nice to Have Skills & Experience UI/UX experience Experience in process improvement initiatives 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long‑term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the CRM Administrator opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
