A well-established litigation firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join their growing team across multiple California locations. This attorney will bring 2-10+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience and a desire to take ownership of a meaningful caseload in a collaborative, no-ego environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality L&E matters while benefiting from strong mentorship and a firm culture that prioritizes professional development and balance.Offer:$160,000 - $225,000+ base salary, contingent on experiencePerformance-based bonus structureHybrid remote flexibility across DTLA, Thousand Oaks, Orange County, and San Diego1,850 billable-hour requirementSupportive, non-bureaucratic team environment with close partner collaborationQualifications:2-10+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience; flexibility for the right candidateStrong legal writing, analytical, and communication skillsActive California Bar license in good standingJuris Doctorate from an accredited law schoolAbility to manage matters with increasing autonomy and sound judgmentResponsibilities:Managing a caseload of Labor & Employment litigation matters with increasing independenceDrafting and developing pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal analysisConducting depositions, court appearances, and hearings with mentorship available as neededWorking closely with partners to advance case strategy and client objectivesContributing to a culture focused on quality work, balance, and attorney developmentTaking ownership of matters and driving progress toward efficient, effective outcomesFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
