Trailer Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of trailers to identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or structural issues.
Brake and suspension service.
Tire maintenance.
Service and repair trailers.
Maintain accurate records using our computer-based systems.
Ensure trailers meet safety standards and regulatory requirements set by the Company and DOT.
Stay current on industry trends and technology.
Willing to attend training and maintain certifications.
Strong drive to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Ability to follow directions
Must supply your tools.

Experience:

High school diploma, vocational education degree, or equivalent.
Mechanical repair experience
Previous brake repair experience
Ability to lift/lower 50 pounds
Ability to work with others
Willing to train if you have a desire to learn or similar experience.

Some of the benefits to you:

Above-average pay– $22 - 28 per hour, depending on experience
Complete benefits package– including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Tool and Boot allowance provided by the company

Monday-Friday 8:00 - 5:00, occasional OT.

One week of on-call duties per month. (additional on-call compensation.)
