Job Description What you will be doing: Generate and execute sales plans with new and existing customers to achieve growth targets. Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation strategies to drive sales growth. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives, to foster long-term partnerships. Provide on-site and virtual technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges and escalating issues as needed. Support clients with repairs and maintenance to uphold our chemistry/equipment programs. Engage in problem-solving by conducting system analyses, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive training on Cesco products, verifying proper application equipment functionality, and troubleshooting operational issues. Actively promote and support Cesco innovations and technology within assigned accounts to strengthen long-term business relationships. Must be willing to travel as needed throughout the region. Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license. Experience you will need: 5+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on customer accounts and sales. Technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food and beverage, mining, oil and gas, or related fields. Must reside in Georgia or South Carolina. 5-10 years experience selling chemical solutions. Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
