We work with practices that need more than marketing activity — they need the systems, training, follow-up, and in‑person support that turn demand into real patient growth. The Role We're hiring a field‑based Healthcare Growth Implementation Coordinator to help our healthcare clients put growth systems into action. You'll work directly with practice owners and their teams to support referral marketing, internal referral programs, community events and classes, and sales follow‑up systems. This is not a pure sales closer role — Wyatt remains the primary new‑client salesperson. This role is about helping clients succeed after they sign up: building relationships, training teams, coordinating in‑person work, tracking activity, and making sure the systems we design actually get implemented in the field. What You'll Do Visit healthcare practices and community partners across the DC / Maryland / Northern Virginia region. Implement external referral strategies and train client teams on referral outreach — who to contact, what to say, when to follow up, and how to track results. Support internal referral programs: scripts, emails, texts, team training, and follow‑up processes that improve patient‑to‑patient referrals. Help plan and run healthcare events, classes, panels, and health fairs — and drive attendee booking and post‑event follow‑up. Conduct structured sales‑system audits with client teams, document findings, and train staff on improved follow‑up and conversion practices. Maintain accurate notes, activity records, and follow‑up tasks in our CRM, and help turn field lessons into repeatable SOPs. Who You Are Polished and personable — comfortable walking into practices and meeting owners, managers, front‑desk staff, and providers. Strong at building trust over time, not just making a one‑time sale. Able to teach, coach, and give feedback without being overly aggressive. Organized enough to track follow‑ups, notes, mileage, and client progress. Coachable — willing to learn a proven system instead of freelancing your own. Comfortable with field work, local travel, and in‑person client support. A strong communicator in person, by phone, and by email. Energized by a startup‑style role where systems are built and improved as the company grows. Experience That Could Fit Healthcare experience is helpful but not strictly required for the right person. Relevant backgrounds include physician liaison / provider relations, healthcare community outreach, home care or senior living business development, healthcare event coordination, patient engagement / care coordination, client success or implementation work, or relationship‑heavy local business development. Requirements Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; comfortable working in the field several days per week. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to document activity clearly in a CRM or project‑management system. Comfortable learning new software and AI‑assisted workflows. Compensation $60,000–$75,000 base for a high‑potential, coachable candidate; $75,000–$90,000+ for someone already proven in physician liaison / provider relations.
