Helix Resources is seeking experienced Structural Welders/Fitters for a new construction project in New Iberia, LA. Candidates must have strong structural welding and fitting experience and be capable of working from blueprints and technical drawings.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform structural welding using Flux Core welding processes.
Fit and assemble structural components according to blueprints and project specifications.
Read and interpret prints to ensure accurate fit-up and fabrication.
Perform structural welding on new construction projects.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Must be 6GR capable.
Strong structural welding and fitting experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and prints.
Experience with Flux Core welding.
Must successfully pass an in-house welding certification based on company procedures.
Pay: $32.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Weekends as needed
