Job Description Job Description Robert Half is partnering with a well-known and highly respected healthcare organization in the Denver metro area to identify a Financial Associate for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing, patient financial services, insurance verification, or healthcare administration and enjoy helping patients navigate complex billing and insurance-related questions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for patients both in person and over the phone Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account resolution Help patients navigate Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance claims and payment issues Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and patient benefits Support medical billing and patient financial services functions Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in a high-volume environment Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow and accurate documentation Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and office procedures Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Support additional administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, medical billing, or patient financial services role Strong understanding of medical insurance billing, including Medicare and Medicaid Experience with EMR systems and patient scheduling software Familiarity with commercial insurance claims and reimbursement processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus Why This Opportunity?
