The Personal Banker role is based at the Collegeville branch and focuses on building and nurturing the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Job Responsibilities Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and grow customer share of wallet. Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Delivers a full PNC conversation with each client to identify appropriate solutions. Leverages ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educates customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems. Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and demonstrating sound judgment. Participates in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate execution. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent. Certifications & Licenses: No required certification(s).
