Powder Coater / General Laborer – 1st Shift

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday
6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Opportunities for overtime on Fridays

Nyhus Enterprises is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Powder Coater/General Laborer. This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving powder coating, preparing parts, and assisting with general production needs.

No powder coating experience is required. We are willing to train someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

Prepare metal parts for the powder-coating process
Hang, remove, load, and unload parts from the coating line
Mask, clean, and inspect parts as needed
Apply powder coating according to established procedures
Check finished parts for proper coverage and quality
Package and move completed products
Assist with general production, assembly, and housekeeping duties
Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
Work with team members to meet quality and production goals

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
Willing to learn powder-coating and production processes
Able to work on your feet and perform physical work throughout the shift
Able to lift and move parts and materials safely
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous manufacturing or powder-coating experience is helpful but not required
