Sales and Management Trainee – Bilingual

Globe Life - Family Heritage Division has an immediate opening for a Spanish-speaking sales leader with a proven track record in the life/health insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have experience helping our local Branch Offices grow Hispanic/Latino recruiting and sales within the community.

Requirements:

Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
At Least Five Years Field Management Experience
Proven Track Record In Recruiting
Experience Working With Career Agents
Strong Leadership Skills
B2B Worksite Experience a Plus
