We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead a high-volume fast-casual restaurant in Augusta, GA, US.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational execution
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls
• Create a positive, energetic, accountability-driven culture

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years General Manager experience (Fast casual preferred)
• High-volume experience ($50K+ weekly sales preferred)
• Hands-on leadership style, leads from the floor
• Strong team development and coaching skills
• Organized and able to execute under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 – $75,000 base salary (DOE)
• High-volume, established location
