Overview The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems used in HVAC equipment. This role requires precision, technical skills, and a thorough understanding of mechanical assembly processes and safety protocols. Responsibilities Assemble various mechanical components, including frames, panels, and other HVAC equipment parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Utilize hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently. Inspect and test assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, materials used, and any issues encountered. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field is highly desirable. Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that require precise hand-eye coordination.
