Facility & Assignment Details Type of Facility: Long Term Care # of Beds/Residents: 26 bed EMR: Matrix Ratios: Nurses 1:10 on day, 1:19 nights Experience required: LTC experience Shifts & Scheduling: 12hr shifts 7-7, no blocked schedule & no self-scheduling Weekend Requirements: EOW Holiday Requirements: Every other major holiday Scrub Color/Dress Code: NONE, must be clean and presentable Radius Rule: 50 miles and candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
