The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable AI applications and production-ready solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.Develop intelligent applications using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.Create and optimize AI-powered chatbots, copilots, recommendation engines, and automation solutions.Develop and implement solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, or similar LLM platforms.Design and optimize prompts, context management techniques, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for enterprise use cases.Ensure responsible AI practices, model governance, and AI safety compliance.Partner with product managers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.Translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML solutions.
