Hours of Job
- PT - 1st-2nd shift
- 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Creates a positive impression for each patient, family member, visitor or staff while pre-admitting, admitting and/or registering, routing, or escorting patients, family, or visitors, serving as entity resource.
- Registers emergency room visits. Registers inpatient and outpatient visits when needed.
- In addition, obtains necessary signatures, completes paperwork, and distributes correctly.
- Checks and rechecks all paperwork after it leaves the area for complete information and accuracy.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous Admitting/Registration experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical insurance is preferred.
