In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and test aircraft components while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are interested in building a career within the aviation industry.ResponsibilitiesAssemble aircraft components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specificationsUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasksInspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirementsFollow manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality guidelinesDocument production activities and maintain accurate recordsIdentify and report defects, material shortages, or process issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious assembly, manufacturing, production, or aerospace experience is a plusAbility to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 35 pounds as neededBenefits & PerksStarting pay of $18-$20 per hourPay increase upon successful completion of the 90-day training periodComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceFour-day workweek with three-day weekendsOptional overtime opportunities on FridaysCareer growth opportunities within the aerospace industryStable, long-term employment with a leading aviation manufacturerJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
