Supervises Field Supervisors and other security personnel. Performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed. Coaches and trains personnel. What You Can Expect: * Supervise daily operations and security staff across multiple sites. * Ensure service quality and client satisfaction. * Manage scheduling, employee payroll, and staffing adjustments. * Assist the Security Account Manager and Site Leadership with scheduling, quality assurance, client engagement, and other duties as needed. * Support hiring, training, coaching, and discipline of staff. * Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and labor costs. Basic Requirements: * 18 years of age or older. * High School Diploma or GED required. * Above average computer / technology skills needed. * Must be able to work independently. * Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. * Must have great attention to detail. * Must have a professional demeanor. * All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. * 3-5 years of security or management experience with scheduling, payroll, and team oversight. * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills needed. * Must be customer focused with proven problem-solving abilities. * Valid driver's license & reliable transportation needed. * Reliable communication needed. * Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
