The Opportunity

TWX Logistics is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and expand its customer base nationwide.

This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who knows how to prospect, build relationships, understand customer transportation needs, and close business. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while developing lasting client relationships and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits, and in-person meetings
• Present customized trucking and logistics solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Prepare quotes and negotiate contracts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Partner with operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts
• Represent TWX Logistics at industry events and customer meetings
• What We're Looking For
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within trucking, logistics, transportation, or freight
• Current book of business preferred
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships
• Ability to understand customer needs and develop effective logistics solutions
• Knowledge of freight, routing, and supply chain concepts is highly beneficial
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills
