This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of electronic components, assemblies, and systems according to established procedures, blueprints, and specifications. \* Utilize various inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and gauges, to verify product conformity. \* Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly in appropriate systems and logs. \* Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action processes as required. \* Assist in the investigation of quality issues and contribute to root cause analysis. \* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. \* Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality discrepancies. \* Perform basic data entry and maintain inspection records. \* Adhere to all company quality policies and procedures. Job Qualifications:\*\* \* High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred. \* 0-2 years of experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment. \* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. \* Proficiency in using basic inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, rulers). \* Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects. \* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. \* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.**@ HYVE Solutions**, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
