About the role We’re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established and respected Texas-based general contractor with a strong portfolio in K-12, higher education, and CMAR delivery projects. Job Details Lead the estimation and preconstruction process for CMAR and K-12 projects. Develop detailed quantity takeoffs, pricing, and cost analyses. Collaborate closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors to refine budgets and proposals. Manage pre-bid meetings, value engineering exercises, and bid reviews. Mentor junior estimators and contribute to preconstruction best practices. 7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, ideally with K-12 or CMAR delivery methods. Proven ability to develop accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from $10M–$100M+. Strong communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., OST, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
