You'll support day-to-day operations while helping the team find better, faster ways to work.We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. Over time, you'll have opportunities to learn SQL, automations, and process improvement work that helps Toothio scale.ResponsibilitiesShift Fulfillment: Monitor open shifts across markets, audit shifts at risk of going unfilled, adjust rates, and run pro outreach campaigns to get shifts covered.Professional Outreach: Make outbound calls to dental professionals across the platform. Build rapport, answer questions, remove barriers, and help professionals get booked onto shifts.Operational Support: Resolve escalated issues and support the team with day-to-day needsData & Reporting: Pull and organize data to support operational decisions.RequirementsAnalytical Mindset: You enjoy solving problems and digging into the details.Eagerness to Learn: You're excited to pick up new tools and technical skills.Organization: You can juggle multiple priorities without letting things slip.Ownership: You're a self-starter who takes initiative.Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift and you're expected to keep up.Nice to HaveExperience in operations, staffing, or a startup/marketplace environmentSQL or automation tool experienceIdentifying and communicating process improvements comes naturally to youOther Important DetailsEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Tempe, AZ (In-office Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays).
