Location: Bakerstown, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

We’re growing and looking for a motivated, personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bakerstown, PA. This position combines inside sales and customer service, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, helping customers, and contributing to the growth of a business. Previous sales experience is not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound sales calls and assist prospective customers
- Handle customer service calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to new sales inquiries received online and by email
- Follow up with prospective customers and help convert inquiries into sales
- Manage and grow the company’s community discount program
- Conduct occasional outbound sales outreach during slower periods
- Assist office personnel with additional sales-related responsibilities
- Represent the company at the annual Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show
- Assist with other general office responsibilities as needed

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
- Self-motivated with an interest in sales and earning commission
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
45-minute lunch
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base salary of $45,000 plus commission , with compensation discussed during the interview.
