Civil Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee federal civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout.


This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field operations, safety, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Location: Pottstown, PA or Tampa, FL


Responsibilities:
-Manage construction projects from mobilization through closeout
-Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
-Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
-Monitor project quality, safety, and contract compliance
-Serve as the primary contact for clients and project stakeholders
-Prepare project reports, forecasts, and risk assessments

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
-5+ years of construction project management experience
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project preferred)
-Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


Preferred:
-Federal or Department of Defense project experience
-PMP certification
-OSHA 10/30/40 certifications
-USACE QA/QC certification
